Little Moments (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your family's privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Little Moments is a parent-directed service and is not intended for children to use independently.
Account information: Name and email address when you register.
Child profiles: Your child's name and date of birth, which you provide to personalize the experience. We do not collect information directly from children.
Memories you capture: Voice recordings, photos, videos, and text you submit. These are used to provide your private family timeline and features you explicitly request.
Usage data: Basic analytics about how you use the app (pages visited, features used). We do not sell this data.
Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Little Moments is designed for use by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
All child profiles are created and managed by the parent or guardian account holder. Voice recordings, photos, and memories you upload about your child are stored privately under your account and are never used to advertise to your child or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Parents and guardians can delete their account and associated child profiles from the Profile screen, or contact us for assistance.
We do not use your family's memories or your child's information to train AI models. Your data is yours.
When you request an AI-assisted feature such as transcription, selected content is sent to OpenAI solely to fulfill that request. AI storybook generation is currently paused.

Family members you invite can view memories and stories you explicitly share with them. You control who has access and can revoke access at any time.
Your memories, stories, and child profiles are retained as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible on the free tier.
You can permanently delete your account and associated data in the app under Profile → Data & Privacy. You may also email us for assistance; we will respond within 30 days.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Database records are protected with row-level security. Photos, voice recordings, and videos are served through private links that check who you are and what you're allowed to see before anything loads. Media uploaded before this protection launched may still use hard-to-guess direct links until the memory is re-saved.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Export and deletion are available directly in the app under Profile → Data & Privacy — no email required. You can also contact us at the email below and we will respond within 30 days.
We will notify you by email if we make material changes to this policy. Continued use of Little Moments after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
