Terms of Service

Little Moments provides a platform for parents and families to capture and privately organize memories in a shared family timeline. We offer free and paid subscription tiers.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Little Moments is designed for parents and guardians to manage on behalf of their families. By registering, you confirm you are an adult and that any child profiles you create belong to children in your family or legal care.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent.

Free tier: Available at no cost with limited features as described on our pricing page.

Paid plans: Currently billed monthly. Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Refunds: Refund requests are reviewed individually where required by law or our posted refund policy. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge was made in error.

Price changes: We will give 30 days notice before changing subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified by email.

You own all memories, photos, voice recordings, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant Little Moments a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the service to you.

You represent that you have the right to upload and share all content you submit, including photos of your children.

We do not use Your Content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Some optional features may use AI for tasks such as transcription or organization. AI output may be inaccurate, so you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or sharing it. AI storybook generation and print ordering are currently paused.

You may not use Little Moments to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Upload content involving the exploitation or abuse of minors
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
• Circumvent subscription limits or access controls
• Impersonate other users or provide false information

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

When you invite family members to view your child's memories, you are responsible for ensuring those invitees are appropriate and have your consent to access your family's content. You can revoke access at any time.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Moments is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
